Classical Ballet School in Calgary
AA Classical Ballet School in Calgary is a professional classical ballet school, offering classical ballet training for children, teens, adults, and pre-professional dancers. We believe ballet is more than learning steps — it builds confidence, discipline, artistry, and a lasting appreciation for dance.
Our students range from young beginners discovering ballet for the first time to advanced dancers preparing for RAD examinations, performances, and international competitions. With small class sizes and individual attention, each dancer is supported at every stage of their development.
Under the direction of former professional dancers Jaciel Gomez and Yairelys Sosa, our school provides a welcoming and inspiring environment where students are encouraged to grow, work with purpose, and reach their full potential.

The Nutcracker
This December, AA Classical Ballet School proudly presents its first production of The Nutcracker.
This exciting milestone brings our dancers together for a full classical ballet production filled with beautiful choreography, memorable music, festive costumes, and the magic of live performance.
Dancers of different ages and experience levels are invited to take part. Whether you are already a student at AA Classical Ballet School or joining us from another studio, this is a wonderful opportunity to perform on stage, grow in confidence, build friendships, and become part of the beginning of something very special.
Open Audition
Saturday, September 12, 2026
Audition fee: $25 per dancer, GST included.
Open to dancers from all ballet schools in Calgary and surrounding communities.
No previous experience with AA Classical Ballet School is required.
